Confidentiality and Privacy Policy

The GPD Group, hereafter 'GPD', considers personal information such as your name, postal or e-mail addresses and telephone numbers to be confidential and private. The personal information you provide is stored in a secure location and is only accessible by designated staff or authorized personnel. GPD will only use the information you provide to market our products or to better serve our clients. GPD will not disclose any personal information to outside parties or organizations.

Collection of Information

When you browse the GPD web site, you do so anonymously. Personal information is not collected. Some areas of our site may require you to supply us with personal information, however, this information may be necessary for the purpose of correspondence, exchanging information, site registration or participating in on-line surveys.

GPD may also retain electronic communications you send to our service representatives, webmaster or other associates. These communications may be shared only within GPD as a means to continually improve our customer service.

Disclosure

Because GPD considers the individual information we retain as confidential, our policy is to disclose no personal information gathered on-line unless release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or government proceedings or investigations.
