As your firm, we have a team of in-house right-of-way engineers and technicians and licensed surveyors who prepare plans, real estate documents and transfer of ownership documents from property owners to Public Agencies or vice versa. Our results-driven team has experience in the design of right-of-way for transportation systems, and understanding that property owners want to limit construction.
