Mr. Kotecki oversees all of the firm's group leaders and respective production groups that serve several different markets including retail/commercial, environmental, public buildings, public works, education and site development.

His overall experience with several types of projects adds value to the firm's production groups who manage our clients' projects. Mr. Kotecki has served the firm for over 20 years and has held several positions of increasing responsibility.

Mr. Kotecki's portfolio consists of managing and designing highway engineering projects for various design agencies including ODOT, NYDOT, IDOT, FHWA, numerous counties and cities/villages within the State of Ohio, and the Ohio Turnpike Commission. He has also been responsible for preparing maintenance of traffic, traffic control and signalization plans, and detailed traffic studies. Mr. Kotecki earned his master's and bachelor's degrees from The University of Akron and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and International Council of Shopping Centers.
